Black Tourmaline on Feldspar – Pakistan Mineral Specimen

Bold, glossy, and full of protective power! This black tourmaline on feldspar specimen from Pakistan features a striking cluster of thick, mirror-bright black tourmaline (schorl) crystals with deep vertical striations and sharp faceted terminations, perched on a creamy, sugary feldspar matrix with touches of honey and smoky brown. The contrast of jet black crystals on pale stone makes this a real showpiece.

One of a kind — you will receive the exact black tourmaline specimen shown in the photos.

About Black Tourmaline: Black tourmaline, known to mineralogists as schorl, is the most common member of the tourmaline family. It forms long, striated, three-sided prisms in granite pegmatites, often alongside feldspar and quartz. The mountains of northern Pakistan are famous for producing lustrous, well-formed tourmaline on matrix like this — natural, unpolished crystals exactly as they grew.

Metaphysical Meaning

Black tourmaline is one of the most popular protection stones in the crystal world. Many people work with it to:

• Shield your energy: said to absorb and block negativity, stress, and unwanted energy.
• Stay grounded: associated with the Root chakra and a strong, stable connection to the earth.
• Purify your space: often placed near doors and electronics to clear and cleanse.
• Build resilience: believed to support calm confidence during hard times.
